Oviedo – Salas

Departure from Oviedo Cathedral for a walk through the city. From here, asphalt, roads and trails, all of them cyclable and all of them very beautiful.

The first part of the stage to Grado will be the most physically difficult, as before reaching this village there is the steepest climb of this stage, ‘La subida al Escamplero’.

From Grado to Salas there is another important climb, ‘El Alto del Fresno’. The descent should be made with caution if the weather is not good, as it can be dangerous in muddy conditions.

The rest of the Way is quiet with some climbing.
